As a hotelier, it's always best to know what guests say after they check out.  Whether its a good or a bad review, it's something you want to know because it can help you recognise the strong points of your accommodation and service and will point out where you can improve.

 

A good knowledge of social media can help you keep up with guests impressions and why not offer them a nice guest book or page to add their good comments to?
